RV Rates - Daily $40.00 + tax (includes utilities), Weekly $175.00 + tax (includes utilities)
RV's & Park Models - Monthly $350.00 Plus a $7.70 Tax and Electric and Water. Septic and Trash included.
Annual (on select lots) - $2310.00 Plus a $50.82 Tax and Electric and Water. Septic and Trash included. Must have completed a park application and been approved to move in.
Manufactured Home Rates - Single wide $382.00 - $387.00 Plus a $8.40 - $8.51 tax: Electric and Water. Septic and trash included. Must have completed a park application and been approved to move in.
Double Wide - $392.00 plus a $8.62 tax; electric and water. Septic and trash included. Must have completed a park application and been approved to move in.
